Hill Royale – Both new money and old live in this hilltop neighborhood. Prominent mansions include the home of Steven Rook, and the Hillsbury Estate. The hill is full of huge houses with beautiful grounds.
The Silver Sands Golf Course & Country Club is one of the finest on the West Coast. It is visited by presidents and celebreties, but due to a strange request of the owner, no professional tournaments are played on the Silver Sands.
