Receptionist/Assistant to the Human Resources Manager
The receptionist is the first point-of-contact for all visitors to the Hopewell Foundation, both in person and over the phone. He has to maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, as well as a working knowledge of the roles of the Foundation's departments, so as to assist the unprepared, and the Foundation's major clients and contacts, so as to maintain close ties at all levels of interaction.
As assistant to the Human Resources Manager, the receptionist is responsible for maintaining the master staff schedule book, the vacation/sick time database, distributing hire and benefits paperwork and other general tasks assigned on an as-needed basis.
