Franklin Scott

An orphan of unknown parentage, Franklin was informally adopted by Alexander Chase. Franklin's unique abilities were discovered to be the gift of his father - a summoned Outside entity. Research in Ireland turned up a twin sister, who was accidently killed by Andrew Scott. Franklin later resurrected his sister, and the two of them vanished. Last seen operating a storefront church in Detroit as of August 1932.
