Background
Robert was born in England in 1895, roughly twenty years before the Great War would sweep the globe. His family was heavily invested into the wolf blood and he was raised knowing he'd have a part to play, especially as rising international tension reflected onto the spirit landscape and kept the Uratha busy. 1914 brought two things. The start of war, and Robert's First Change. He was quickly inducted into official tribal ranks, given how bad things were getting.
The war devastated the entire world and left grievous wounds in the morale of Forsaken across the globe as they struggled to repair a deeply wounded Hisil. Striving to do his part in preventing a repeat, Robert joined the ranks of MI6, concealing his true nature from his superiors there, but using his extra abilities to quickly garner success and keep his Uratha allies aware of information to aid their own efforts.
Somehow, someone learned his true nature, a person Robert still hasn't managed to identify. He was used for far more drastic tasks as war with Germany broke out and the world once again faced a war it could not stop. The occupation of France and the time leading up to the preparation for the Normandy landings saw him 'lent' to the OSS. Not fully happy with the idea of being loaned out, Robert nevertheless agreed with the importance of ending the occupation of France. And, re-establishing contact with the Uratha there.
