Awkward Shape
Grim - Minor - Rembrandt means business; do not joke around if you've got something that needs to be done.
Heroic - Major - Being King of the Jungle means taking care of those in need. Those finding it "dangerous" miss the point: it is because of danger that one must go help.
Quirk - Minor - "So that's the biggest threat here? Good; that's mine."

Enemies/Rivals
To Be Determined; I'm leaning towards either: - A megacorporation responsible for degrading the environment/working on the mutagen; - or a fighting rival leading a gang, in a Splinter/Shredder way. Maybe some human with prejudice against mutated animals ("no animal can surpass ME!")
Bio
Greedy corp, corrupt official, lazy inspector... No one knows exactly who is the main culprit, but one fact was undisputable: the water reserves of the Mirage City Zoo were heavily contaminated with a mutagen agent. Most of the animals reacted with either benign symptoms or severe illness. Rembrandt... changed. His claws and fangs became harder, his muscles, stronger, his senses, sharper; Rembrandt even seemed to be able to stay focused on an uncanny level when under duress. In addition, the savage, territorial nature of the lion transformed into a hybrid, mutant personality with gradually more intense stages. The fighting instinct. The will to dominate. The rage.
Having discovered others like him, with greater, more altruistic goals, Rembrandt took his decision. He wanted to be the king of the jungle; it was therefore unacceptable not to be fighting for making the jungle a better place.
