Rules Changes

Dodge: This derived stat (Dex/2) will be used instead of shields. Anytime that an opponent or PC rolls a minor success in battle they are able to deduct their Dodge from the damage dice.

Winter Phase: Winter Phase will be considered the beginning of the year instead of the end of the year as in the rules.
