| Tonda is one of the more interesting inhabitants of the Isle of Belisil. She is reserved and almost never speaks, leaving some to wonder if she is touched by some other-earthy power or simply mad. She is known thought the her region for her beautiful, elementally aided, ice sculpture which she produces every year during the winter months. |
