- The Avengers just got together for the first time, comprised of Iron Man, Dr. Strange, Wolverine, and Spider-Man. Captain America refused to quit SHIELD.
- The Punisher & The Green Goblin are working together to kill Kingpin (Frank doesn't appear to know that Goblin is also a criminal).
- Magneto & Namor are about to meet to discuss an evil plan. The Masters of Evil have been hired by Attuma to kill Namor while he's on the surface.
- The Hulk is on the loose in NYC.
