Harbor City Vincent Garibaldi
Vincent Garibaldi was a prominent member of the Garibaldi family who was recently assassinated while running for City Council by Billy Ray Weaver. At the time of his murder, he was favored to win. His main platform issue was the promise to clean up the Velvet District even though his family has long been rumored to do quite a bit of illicit business there.
In spite of his family's shady past, he was a popular candidate and likely would have won the election.
The Garibaldi family is offering one million dollars to the person who can provide information on the whereabouts of Billy Ray Weaver, or locate his body.
