Chief of Police Neville Strong -
He's been doing the job since 1965 and some feel he should retire. He was there for the last days of the Raven's career and it is rumored that he even knows the Raven's real idenity. If he does he isn't telling any one.
He hates both the Garibaldi family and the former DA. He hopes the mayor can find a less crooked one.
Quote "I'll retire when I'm damn good and ready."
