Police Surveillance Drone:

Shaped like an oversized skateboard with two hoverfans at the ends, this blue-painted remote controlled aircraft hover over NeoTokyo, usually staying well above roof level. Several dozen of these operate around NeoTokyo at any given time, mostly covering the areas where more affluent neighborhoods gradually transition into the underside of the city. In theory, the NTPD was supposed to staff a minimum of one operator for every three of these semi-autonomous drones. Since budget cuts have devastated the city payroll, most shifts are likely to see one overworked, underpaid new recruit covering a dozen remote video feeds. Only an actual, undisguised gunshot or openly held weapons are likely to trigger the automatic alarms, which have long since been trained not to respond to pedestrian things like screams or car crashes.

Drones in NeoTokyo are very lightly armed, carrying only an immobilizing glue gun, which are required to be armed at all times and yet never fired after an unfortunate incident in which a captured suspect suffocated before police cars arrived.

[9] Unique Attribute: Remote Control lvl 3 (1km range) (3 points/level, Fast progression starting at 10m range). A single attribute (normally an Item, though some others such as Weapon Attacks with the Trap attribute could reasonably be chosen as well) can be used and controlled at a location far distant from the character. This attribute only grants control - to be able to see or use other senses in the distance will require a supersense or other attributes (such as Features: Video Camera).

[3] Weapon Attack lvl 0, Tangle lvl 3 (15 hit points to escape), Range 1 (10m), Innaccurate 1 (-1 to ACV).

[-2] Conditional Ownership (by Police). This becomes a [-2] Wanted by Police if used/hacked by a character who is not part of the NTPD. The police will notice that their drone has been highjacked eventually, and will take steps to recover control, up to and including shooting it down if it is disturbing the peace in a wealthy or very public area.

The Police Surveillance Drones do not have dedicated armor, but are made of metal, giving them an armor and health of 12. Small arms fire can definately take one down, one reason they rarely patrol the more dangerous parts of the city.
