Admiral Sand

Admiral Sand is an Eclipse Caste Solar Exalt who is allied with the Circle of the Radiant Insurrection. Bearing the title of Admiral, Sand leads a band of men, and a few Terrestrial Exalts, doing various deeds around the south.

In an agreement with Feyth and by extension the rest of the Circle, he has given much aid, as well as time and effort in espionage and war.
