Arimandar's inhabitants are mostly dwarven and human.
Most of the humans in Arimandar are nordic descendants of barbarian tribes.

Arimandar does not have a centralized government, the cities are independently run and governed

Kowel

Kowel is a remarkable town. It is located at the footholds of Mountain Silver Rock, nudged in a small valley in the East part of
Kowel's importance and sole purpose is due to its mithril deposits.
