Job Description

Assistant to the Executive Director
The Assistant to the Executive Director is the key point of contact between her Director and the outside world. She maintains her Director's schedule book, coordinates internal meetings and attends meetings on her Director's behalf. She writes memos and policy briefs in all areas of interest and helps coordinate the activities of all Operations staff. She is responsible for knowing the Foundation as well as the Executive Director herself.
