loose by 40 some votes,now by one vote,and now it's tied? come on ..we vote on one day. if you can't make it, to bad. this is a bunch of crap. the first time this was voted down, it should have been the last. i have never seen anihtyng like this in all my life. this got back on the ballot three more times, come on the chamber endorsed this? i did not know we had candidates running. this whole thing is more like a election, instead of a yes or no vote. the next thing you are going to here is that this thing passed. if my vote does not count the first time, then i am never voting again in this city. it is time to seek residency somewhere where they do these things the right and fair way-
