Elgin looks precisely like what anyone who has seen renderings of or read about Astartes Librarians imagines they look. He is a massive figure clad in storm blue armor with symbols of lore and faith embossed upon it.
Few ever actually see his face as he wears his psychic hood at all times when not solely in the presence of his Battle Brothers. He carries a stout Force Staff in his left hand at all times.
