Quote
It is easy to ignore what is happening, to give into fear, to 'close' one's eyes to what is happening. It is easy to run and hide and hope to disappear, to hide from this war. Easy, except you still have to face yourself, no matter how far you run. The Force does not allow the luxury of ignorance.

Background
Carilla West never knew the Jedi Temple, or Coruscant, not before the war came at least. Her Master was an old man, an explorer, who found her on a ship trap of a world, with two suns, and a mixture of races, from hundreds of crashed ships.
Before Master Jesseel came she was a girl running in a child pack in a dirty, steam age city, eyeless, but possessed of an ability to see, strong in the force, or at least with potential to be so.
Jesseel took Carilla off the world, to train her. He told her of Coruscant, and the Jedi ordered, but he was not interested in going back there.
Jesseel would finally return in time to die in the last days of war, and Carilla would survive only to run.
Carilla is still a little uncertain about the technology of the life she is in, and the vastness of it. There are times she wants to run, to return to her home, to lose herself in the masses of people. But she cannot. She knows too much now and cannot simply stand and do nothing.
