Percy Dunkins is an orcish lad from Glassgore, a former blacksmith's apprentiece. He was kicked out of the smithy because the only things he was good at were evading work and heavy drinking. Not wanting to get back to his parents who were likely to disown him, the orc enlisted into the army.

The lad doesn't really give a damn about who he fights, but becoming a war hero would be a good thing to come back home with. Getting rich would be appreciated even more, so Percy eagerly awaits the chance to 'liberate' some 'spoils of war'.

He is big and strong, not educated, but smart enough to survive. When he got his rifle, Percy turned out to be an accurate shooter and able reloader. Because of his laziness, he wasn't particulary valued by his superiors. True that he can be able when he needs to, but this young orc will always find a way to feign working and get some sleep.
