Attempted to conquer the world via robot army during the London Olympics in 2012, the act that made the existence of metahumans common knowledge. He is presently imprisoned in the United Kingdom.

The individual has been driving a rented car. The contact name on file with the rental company is Heather Quill, but the veracity of that name is unconfirmed.
