An Entry of the Investigations_of_Arbiter_Haxtes

Overview[edit]

Mentioned by the Oracle Ocular, the name “The Faceless One” has come up several times during Inquisition investigations of the Serrated Query. Certain rumors in the Tyrantine Cabal’s cogitators indicate [REDACTED}.

If he exists, and if the Tyrantine Cabal is getting closer to uncovering the truth of The Faceless One, Arbiter Haxtes will need to be wary of his influence during future investigations. Inquisitor Vaarak confirmed the death of at least one "Faceless One". Inquisitor Skane (Ordo Hereticus) also claims the death of two more "Faceless One"s, both of which turned out to be highly influential nobles leading personal cults.

Current Investigation[edit]

The Oracle Ocular claimed that 'The Faceless One Exists", but did not elaborate further. Inquisitor Vaarak is extremely interested in the Serrated Query, and that also seems to be a goal of Arbiter Haxtes' Inquisitor as well.

On Sepheris Secundus, the Terrorist identified as the mutant Ashod Morrir has off-world contacts, and extensive network on a vital Imperial Tithe world. He is going by the name "The Faceless One" and wears a featureless silvered mask. The local serf populace is terrified of him, and the combined efforts of the Royal Scourges and Arbites detachment have been unable to close his cell.
