Backstory

Achandarr Not-Fiendish, called the Risen, escaped the Hells because he chafed against their iron laws, requiring obedience for obedience's sake and wickedness for wickedness' sake. Destroying many of his peers on his route to what could only generously be termed "enlightement", Achandarr fits in with mortals because he is like mortals, but more honest with himself: he defends those dear to him, enjoys the thrill of combat, takes revenge on those who wrong him, and takes a perverse delight in bringing down those who are bigger assholes than himself.
