Background - Son of Stone and Shadow
- An archaeology student in the 1920's, Jacob fell under an Aztec curse while on a dig that changed him into a being with flesh of animate stone and the ability to take on the substance of shadow.
Trouble - Possessed by the Jaguar Priest
- The spirit of an ancient Aztec priest indwells Shade and is able to whisper suggestions, truths, and lies and sometimes even compel Shade to specific action.

Shadowwalker's Dance - Because I can take on the substance of shadow, I gain +2 when I Quickly Create movement or positioning Advantages while in dark or shadowy areas.
Falling Mountain - Because I can travel instantly by the Ways Between, appearing suddenly out of nowhere, I gain +2 the first time I Forcefully teleport in to Attack a target.
Gate of Janus - Because I can appear in two places at once, once per game session I can get a free Boost on an action.

Natural Weapon: Fused with the elemental power of the deep earth, Shade's body is a thing of living stone, and he gets +2 to Fight because of this.

Natural Weapon Mastery [x2] Where elemental earth merges with his physical form, Shade is an absolute artist and gains an additional +4 when using the Fight skill, for a total bonus of +6.
Synergies
Teleportation Because he is intimately in tune with elemental Earth, Shade can feel the pull of the earth all around him and can teleport up to 3 zones as an action provided he can start and end his teleportation on the ground or in direct contact with an earthen substance (stone, brick, concrete, metal, glass, dirt).
Wall Crawling The pull of earthen substances (stone, brick, concrete, metal, glass, dirt) allows Shade to flexibly bond with such items in a way that allows him to move along surfaces primarily composed of them. Even vertical surfaces.
Power Themes
Shadow Projection The depths of elemental earth is a place without light and the darkness of the deep spills out when Shade uses his powers.
Special Effects
Attack Everyone in the Zone Shadows of elemental earth flow out from Shade, allowing his attack to affect multiple targets.
