CotS Story so far

The Sonnenfalke started their story somewhere in the skies of Himmelgard, but we meet them for the first time running for their planes pursued by the furious inhabitants of GroBkarolienfeld. There had been a little too much drunkenness and larceny. They had accidentally stolen a bucket of cultural importance, intentionally stolen the skull of a Deep One and Sabrina the witch had very intentionally stolen the heart of Rosalyn, who the son of the town's mayor had considered his for the taking.

Desperately searching along the track of the skytrain for a place to land and refuel with the day waning and a storm coming in they see a pink Albrecht Kugel monoplane, Rosalyn has followed them. Worse yet, Rosalyn is being pursued by Rosalyn's unwanted suitor Rudolf in a Kreuzer Spinne and his sidekick Rudy in a lumbering Ganzmetall. During the fight they also meet a cargo plane from a hidden village which offers them 15 Thaler just to land and listen to their story.

Having beaten back their pursuer they follow the cargo plane to the strange little town of Beleidenlager, a town built on the hidden bunker of an Air Field marshal of the old Gotha Empire. The town is under the control of the Tin Men, experimental robot soldiers that believe that the war is still going on and see the town as a loyal Gotha town as long as the inhabitants wear the right clothes and sing patriotic songs.
