Kakistocracy[edit]
A political term that describes a government led by people determined to make life hard for the population could be "Kakistocracy."

- Usage: It is often used to criticize governments that are perceived as oppressive, inept, or indifferent to the well-being of their citizens.

A government that imposes harsh policies, neglects public welfare, and prioritizes the interests of a few elites over the majority could be described as a kakistocracy. For instance, a regime that enforces extreme austerity measures, suppresses dissent, and enriches itself while the population struggles might be labeled as such.
This term is often used in political rhetoric to criticize leaders or systems perceived as harmful or incompetent.
