Mano a Mano Fantasy RPG:Wizards

Characters with magical powers include wizards, magicians, witches, sorcerers and illusionists. In some fantasy worlds anyone can learn magic. In some worlds humans cannot use magic at all. In other fantasy worlds only certain people are gifted with magical ability, and in some worlds people with magical powers are considered a different race from people without magical powers.
