How about a film noir spy story set in modern Georgia?

OK. I don't know much about Georgia, though. Is a vague fictionalized Georgia OK?

Also, I would rather it was more dark/modern than a "classic" film noir. Maybe more like the last James Bond movie or something similar, except with some noir-style dramatics, speeches, etc.
