Al Badar

Al Badar was second in command, to the mystic El Kabah before his death. He was a minor figure of note in the U-War leading a band of skirmishers against the alliance on New Kashmir. He was not offered amnesty but forced to serve out a lengthy sentence in a POW camp. He was released on accident due to a clerical error in 2517. Since then he has been working independently as an illegal arms dealer in Kalidasa, the outstanding warrants for his arrest could fill a databook. He has recently gained a measure of legitimacy when he helped finance the independence movement of the Califate.
