Alicia Kilbourne

Alicia Kilbourne was a quickly rising executive for Blue Sun when she jumped ship shortly before the first Miranda Wave. She joined Interplanetary Rescue, and led its fundraising department. When the reports of the Genetic Pandemic hit along with its cure, Interplanetary Rescue became International Restoration Project. She was appointed the director of its Rim Operations.
