Jeffery was born and raised in the small town of Bisbee, Arizona. The only son of poor parents, he was in and out of the usual sort of small town trouble from an early age: girls, petty vandalism, trespassing, and general teenage malfeasance. When he turned 18 he fled Bisbee and joined the army, hoping to escape his troubles and make a better life for himself.
Two years along the border have hardened Jeffrey a bit, but he’s still very much looking for himself.
