Short description:

Jeffrey is a gangly, weedy-looking young man who sports a soft beard and mustache in a futile effort to make himself look older and tougher. Although 21, he could be mistaken for a teenager. He is perpetually shaggy-haired and has a general air of shabbiness about him, even when freshly bathed and wearing new clothes.

Jeffery was born and raised in the small town of Bisbee, Arizona. The only son of poor parents, he was in and out of the usual sort of small town trouble from an early age. When he turned 17 he fled Bisbee and joined the army.
