This is powered armor similar to the kind worn by the Fishers in volume 3. The Jets may be removed reducing the cost by 15 points.

40 points of homogeneous armor
Protects user from changes in Temperature, Pressure, and Atmosphere.
Hover jets in legs allow user to jet around at 30kph and give wearer the following special movement: Cat like, Balance, Light footed, and water walking. Also increase Jumping distance by 3x.
Superstrength (1 tonne)
Supersense (multi Spectral Vision)
Targeting computer gives +1 to ranged attacks
