The Beast is a pretty versatile superhero, though he lacks spectacular powers. Most of his abilities are straightforward. I chose to represent his ridiculous knowledge of languages through the Comprehend power instead of buying every single language he knows. This only cover Earth languages, and the GM can decide he doesn't know the real obscure ones.
