Black Bolt

Capsule: Black Bolt is the king of the Inhumans, a genetic offshoot of mankind that lives in the hidden city of Attilan. Each inhuman possess a superpower derived from exposure to a mutagenic known as the Terrigen Mist. Black Bolt has the deadliest power of all: a voice with the potency of a nuclear detonation.

He wears a special suit that includes a fork-like antenna on his brow that helps him to direct his power in more controlled manner, resulting in a variety of effects.

Abilities: Black Bolt is, in most respects, a PL 15 character. He is a potent Energy Controller with the capability to control the flow of electrons. His Inhuman heritage also makes him physically superior to human beings.

He becomes even more formidable when he uses his destructive voice (he only employs it in the rarest and direst of circunstances). Then he should be considered a PL 30 character. His vibrational voice adds 125 power points to Black Bolt's total.

Black Bolt's presence is such that he can use the Diplomacy skill and even the Fascinate feat derived from it without speaking.
