As for where he says he comes from, well -- on that score he's definately not entirely right in the head: somehow he's become convinced that he's a dragon. This is patently absurd. Except perhaps as an allegory. From what he sometimes says about his past, it seems likely that some group of geneticists and bio-engineers were experimenting on him, that whatever they did to augment his body appears to have had some rather nasty side-effects on his memory, and that Mr. Long eventually decided to leave before they did any more damage to him. His leaving was apparently traumatic both for him and for the secret facility they were attempting to use to contain him. Still, through a combination of luck and brute force he managed it. Of course, he doesn't seem to know who these people are, nor even if they're still hunting for him. Although it seems likely they wouldn't let someone with Long's abilities simply walk away.

Oolong, the Black Dragon

Weyland Long

He's a brick (super strong, quite tough, heals rapidly from damage) who's a fairly effective martial artist (he strikes quickly and with great accuracy, and is quite difficult to land a blow upon in return - - basically he's got quite a few feats to make him better able to lay the super strength smack down upon his foes.) Yeah, he's a one trick pony all right -- he hits things in melee and they fall down. Hard. And when they hit him back, he stays up. He's also unusually mentally resilient for a brick and given to occasional, brief flashes of insight about the future.

Weyland Long, or Oolong, is both rather tall and rather dark for a sterotypical man from Hong Kong. Something about his face suggests that his parentage is not entirely Chinese. And you don't see people built quite so much like a football line-backer on steroids that often. He really looks like he might be able to lift a bus. Most striking of all are his eyes – they are solid black, entirely without whites it would seem. Nevertheless he seems to see well enough. His head is shaved. Or perhaps naturally bald. Indeed, there seems to be no hair on his body at all. Not even eyebrows or eyelashes.

He also seems quite good humored and generally helpful. Quite friendly for a big guy. Admittedly he also seems rather lost in the modern world -- ignorant of some very mundane things and horribly naieve. Perhaps it comes from having been raised abroad. Or maybe his apparent devotion to certain branches of eastern mysticism -- including the Tao. As for his unconscious habit of speaking to himself, well – it might be a little less odd if he didn't always speak of himself in third person. Perhaps he's not entirely right in the head?
