CyberWear™ Specialist Jacket d8 Perfect for the fashionable ex-military security consultant on the go, this rugged leather jacket is one of the few remaining originals. You wore it in the war and are intimately familiar with its hardlinked internal processors, military-grade cortex suite, variable frequency bandwidth, broad spectrum wireless access, and backup universal jack ports.

Jack Boot: You can use your processors to forcibly overpower security protocols. When you physically (rather than wirelessly) jack into an electronic system, step up or double Operate on your next roll to infiltrate that system. 1s and 2s count as jinxes.

Cybernetic Limbs d8 Your hands don't flinch or shake, and they don't hesitate. No matter what is going on around you, your hands know what they are about. After all, that's how they were engineered.
[Special: Arms and hands are fully cybernetic]

Riot Gun d6 Prized as a covert, non-lethal option with a facility for minimizing collateral damage, this compact pistol was favored by the independent specialists of sec-ops during the war, but has recently come into its own in police units around the core for crowd control.
[Special: Fires lethal rounds, rubberized riot-rounds, or impact-activated gas pellets]
[Special: Loaded with rubberized riot-rounds unless otherwise noted]

A security-operations specialist in the war, Lev lost both his arms attempting to defuse a grav mine prior to an assault on a Key Alliance target. Given the choice between a ticket home or an untested experimental procedure, he opted to get new arms and keep fighting for what he believed in. It was a choice that would serve him well.

Despite people constantly trying to kill him to death, his time fighting for the Independents taught him a compact suite of brutally marketable skills.

When the war ended, Lev took those skills freelance as a professional security consultant to fat cats from both sides of the conflict and never looked back.
