Indigenous Malay, and androgynously cute; a couple inches short of five feet; 98 pounds soaking wet, fully dressed, with her gun strapped in and her tech bag on, as a result of not having enough to eat for years. She has bronze skin, small brown eyes, a small nose and a full-lipped mouth, and her straight black hair in a stylish bob. She wears bright, flirty Asia-pop style and then acts uncomfortable around people and deeply introverted. Her voice is small and high-pitched. She wears cool, mirrored sunglasses so she can avoid eye contact. Incongruously with her slick and extroverted style, she still carries her old, beat-to-shit crowbar around like a security blanket, especially when she's in a new situation or meeting new people.

Background

Left on a blanket on a stoop in the slum as an infant; found by a gang member, who took her to his boss, Double-Tap, whose input Lead Crystal raised her from infancy. When they died in a job that looked a lot like a set-up, a drunk named Vet found her wandering the streets at age 5 and gave her her crowbar--and from that, a name other than "kid"--a bit of food, and the name Crazy Annie. She never saw him again. Annie took care of her for a while, and sent her first to Big Money, where she got her first job, and then to Ol' Tonya, the local fixer, who kicked her out to fend for herself and got iced shortly afterward. And fend for herself she has, on the strength of her knack for building and fixing things.
