How to Run Game X: the Wiki Project

This was directly inspired by a thread on RPOpen, How to Run Game X.

Basically, this project will be a repository for game- or setting-specific GMing advice, as contributed by the best minds (heh) of RPG.net.

If you've either written or had good success running a game that isn't on the list, please contribute! (Note that, while the original entries from the thread are in sets of 5 (or so) rules, they don't have to be.)
