Take "dumb blond" jokes and "anime ditz" clichés and mix liberally. She's maybe not quite that bad, but she's definitely short on something in the brains department.
(Un)Fortunately she mixes it with a Silver Age-style commitment to being a superhero and nice person.

Background
The daughter of Gil and Chantal from a future timeline, Centuria doesn't like to reveal much about her past for fear of changing the timeline (actually because Dr. Tomorrow made her promise). Suffice it to say she had the sort of upbringing and experiences one would expect the grandaughter of the world's greatest superhero to have. (I.e. it probably contains a lot of tragedy.)
She knew WILD in the future, and considers the alien lesbian her best friend. Also Centuria has a crush on her, and for a while after coming back in time tried to pursue WILD in a subtle way. Both times her advances have been ignored.
More recently she has taken advice from Alley and tried to let WILD go and find someone else.
Currently she pretends to be Gil's "cousin" Lacey, and lives with her grandparents.
