Physical Description: Rocky stands tall at 5'7" and weighs 150 pounds. He has the standard fur markings for a raccoon. He has long and dexterous hands and fingers.

Background: Rocky has the typical exuberance of a newbie. He has yet to go on his first Jusifier mission, and he's anxious to get into the 'action.' He is an adrenline junkie who gets his fix out of flying by the seat of his pants.
