An Operation DMC resource

Classes[edit]

There are an unknown number of classes in the game. Classes seem to denote your long-term options as a player power-wise, and how you interact with your Aspect, and may affect your quests in a big way. Crossover intel not so useful, since there are no overlapping classes for our players.

Session A[edit]

Bard[edit]

ex: Mark Tyler, Bard of Space

Page[edit]

ex: Samuel Lin, Page of Hope

Page denotes a lack of initial capability in the area of focus, with gradual increase to potential strongest control of element. Indications of weaponizing Aspect to the benefit of fellow players, and strong reliance on support in early stages of the game in order to achieve full potential.

Prince[edit]

ex: Entropy II, Prince of Light

Rogue[edit]

ex: Felicia Wu, Rogue of Rage

Sylph[edit]

ex: Amber Mack, Sylph of Time

The Sylph is a healer class, traditionally but not exclusively held by female players. The purpose of the Sylph within a game is to repair damage to the player's Aspect, and to use the player's Aspect in order to assist and heal other players' situations. Frequently, this involves taking on a support role; in extreme conditions, a Sylph can be forced into a triage situation in which decisions must be made about what can and cannot be saved. Sylphs are traditionally a Passive class, more commonly reacting than acting on their own behalf.

Thief[edit]

ex: Anya Drago, Thief of Doom

Session B[edit]

Heir[edit]

ex: Ayumu Mori, Heir of Doom

Knight[edit]

ex: Lilith Ivanov, Knight of Light

Mage[edit]

ex: Fitzwilliam Gerald, Mage of Void

Maid[edit]

ex: Riley McArthur, Maid of Rage

Maids (hand maids or shield maidens as you prefer) are a class characterised by being in service to their aspect - as if it were their master or lord. They are almost force-fed their aspect's element: it suffuses them, and threatens to overwhelm who they are. The challenge lies not in learning how to summon or utilise their elements but in how to channel them and bring their awe-inspiring power to heel before the aspect consumes its vessel.

Seer[edit]

ex: Matthew Ritter, Seer of Space

Witch[edit]

ex: Lily Watanabe, Witch of Hope
