The NPCs of City in the Sky.

Players should feel free to expand on any of these NPC's entries as needed, or to add more if necissary.

Solar Exalts

Amaya, patron saint of the Sequested Tabernacle. A member of the Cult of the Illuminated. Friend of Horus al'Osir.

Lunar Exalts

Tlalac Long Tooth rescued Argent River from the Wyld Hunt. Mentored her for a time. Known to sack the occational city.

Raksi, Queen of Fangs is not a big fan of the party. This is mostly Hanami's fault. She's been keeping her Wyld-maddened eyes on the party's activies.

Den of Seven Wolves is a No Moon Lunar whose Solar Bond is to Tower of Ravens. She's an ally of him and the party, but a distant one.

Floating Silver Blossom is a Changing Moon Caste Lunar who was the wife of Rojak Denax in the First Age. She helped to save him from the Wyld Hunt but has been estranged by his quest to resurrect his deceased mortal girlfriend.

Kimiko Stalks-the-Truth is a young No Moon Caste Lunar who has become quite enamored with No Face Nanashi. Once she's finished her training with the Silver Pact, she'll probably try to seek him out.

Brilliant Shaper of Art is an elder No Moon craftsman who was so impressed by Argent River's dedication to the Silver Pact's cause that he gifted her with a suit of moonsilver armor in exchange for an unspecified favor to be performed sometime in the future.

Sidereal Exalts

Auspicious Wake, Chosen of Serenity and member of the Gold Faction. Hanami's amorous sifu.

Huen Insightful Wisdom, a member of the Gold Faction, has been convinced that the party is worth assisting thanks to Makrunian Silvertongue. It didn't hurt that Huen had a crush on Makrunian's First Age incarnation.

Abyssal Exalts

Iron Wind is a servant of the Deathlord Mask of Winters. She mentored Tower of Ravens during his time as a Deathknight. Iron Wind was defeated by the party during an ill-fated attempt to capture Ketheres Elyion from them. She survived the attack and wishes to avenge herself agaisnt the party, esspecially Tower of Ravens.

The Prince of Shifting Shadows is a Moonshadow Caste Abyssal formerly in the service of the Mask of Winters. He has gone rogue thanks to a passionate speech by Makrunian Silvertongue and is currently seeking redemption.

Dragonblooded

Cathak Markus, the Fire Aspect who is, at present, a favorite for taking over the House once Cainan goes and dies, somewhat friends with Argent, due to her 'Activites' blunting the force of Ma-Ha-Suchi's horde. Owes Argent River big time for his military victories - she quietly thinned out Ma-Ha-Suchi's forces so that Markus's legions could decimate them.

Tepet Lien, called Seven Roaring Fires, was defeated by Tower of Ravens while he was still a servant of the Deathlord Mask of Winters. Mostly notible for being the most important invidiual slain by Tower of Ravens during his time as a Deathknight. His soul languishes in a soulsteel artifact in the possession of Iron Wind.

Tepet Liara is the daughter of Tepet Lien. Despite her many attempts to kill Tower of Ravens to avenge her father, Tower of Ravens goes to great lengths to pull her out of sticky situations and preserve her life. Liara also knows Den of Seven Wolves, but is unaware of her exalted nature.

Jecs Torvald a noble of Lookshy whose manor lies atop what had been a long-deactivated First Age Manse which had, as its primary function, the manufacture of small-scale artifacts (daiklaves and common conviences mostly). In exchange for a night under his roof, Rojak Denax fixed it all up, giving Torvad access to some potent weapons, and vastly improving his status in Lookshy society.

Gods

Debauchuss, God of Revels : Even before Makrunian Exalted the parties he organized were fairly epic. Debauchuss often blessed them and gave the mortals exceptional food and drink as gifts. Now Debauchuss hopes that the Silvertongue will inspire more impressive revels to feed his worship.

The Golden Lord a powerful lieutenant of the Unconquered Sun. Gifted Horus al'Osir with his powerful artifacts.

Tjimrir of the Hammers feels that he owes Tower of Ravens a sizable debt for rescuing his God-Blooded daughter. The benevolent diety considers the Exalt an adopted son.

Deathlords

The Ashen Emperor of Dust and Despair is not happy with the party, mostly because of the actions of Argent River. She singlehandedly slew all five members of one of his most promising Abyssal circles.

The Hunter of the Forest

Fair Folk

Shusai of the Immaculate Blade was defeated by Horus al'Osir and has sworn revenge.

Pakor Many Handed is a Fae general who was the Flying City. It was Makrunian Silvertongue's smooth words and sweet promises that convinced the general to let the Circle abord the temple in the beginning. He is furious over the loss of his city.

Hazzan of the Ebon Heart was the Fae jailer in the city who, in exchange for three unspecified services, released the Makrunian Silvertongue from captivity. One favour was paid immediately upon Makrunian's release. He still owes two more. When asked about the incident Makrunian responds, "How did I get out of jail? You don't want to know. You really don't want to know."

Mortals

Regend Fokuf owes Hanami big for relieving him of his virginity.

Err... Other

The Perfect of Paragon thinks Hanami owes him big. He'll expect her company the next time she's anywhere near Paragon.

The Ten Thousand Honored Artificial Lawmen were ultimately defeated at the hand of Rojak Denax. The core AI was dismantled while singing a children's lullaby in Old Realm.
