*Creates a could of poisonous vapor 30' diameter that spreads out from the caster's fingertips.  It moves 6" in the direction the wind blows, or away from the caster if there is no wind.  The cloud is heavier than air, so will sink into low lying areas when possible, and is broken up by trees and other thick vegetation.  Creatures of less than 5 HD must make a saving throw vs. Poison or die, taking 1 point of damage is successful.  Creatures with 5 or more HD take 1 point of damage. This affect happens every round the creature is within the cloud.
