Concept: Western loving ex-terrorist speed demon

Description: A thin caucasian man in his mid 20s with ruffled dark red hair and light blue eyes often seen wearing a brown flight jacket over casual jeans and t shirts. Would actually be considered reasonably handsome if he bothered to clean up. Has an old style quickdraw holster at his belt that holds a Mateba AutoRevolver.

Background: Collin's past is tied up into a hardline splinter group of the IRA, the True Irish Republic Army. At a young age, he got introduced to the family business, learning to make different homemade bombs, grenades and explosives before he got behind the wheel as a skilled driver. It was a living, and it was with his family. He liked the side of it where they took down real scum that thought it was easy pickings preying on school yards or when the police wouldn't do a thing, just like how they did it in the old west. Things weren't always in a nice sepia tone, he didn't see that other side too much. Not that it didn't want to see him at times.

It got pretty damn messy.

A girl was involved, same with some off duty unarmed soldiers in a really shitty fight. He soon got the hell out of there.

One thing lead to another, and he wound up in Roanapur, disguised most of his accent, selling his services as a transporter when you needed to get around the mainland. It's not that bad, maybe one of the last true "Frontier Towns" like the wild west of the US. He even landed a Gray Dodge Charger just like in a Steve McQueen movie. He'd rather keep his explosive skills off his resume, although the last person who tried to jack his ride from his garage won't be able to do much stealing with two blown off stumps for hands.

Collin has a habit where he doesn't like to bushwack anyone. He at least wants to give his opponent a fighting chance, or to know that he's fighting them.
