Once the town's economic heart, this monolithic eyesore has become one of Covenant's greatest liabilities. From the coal fire to flash floods and landslides, it is the source of a new environmental disaster every year.
(It should also be the hang-out of a post-apocalyptic gang or maybe a spook-show to scare away the locals. Ideas, anyone?)
