Croix was raised in the Schola Progenium along side his sister Cloelia, and like her never knew his parents. Fast tracked for Storm Trooper training, Croix showed extreme proficiency with heavy weapons in particular. Having completed his training, Croix was assigned to aid in a protracted campaign against the Eldar. Specializing in Anti Armor Operations, Croix quickly became renowned for taking on, and beating, incredible odds; Shrugging off wounds and blows that would incapacitate or kill most. His skill earned him a chance to join a special operations task force, and Croix was granted passage on the <ship> to meet his commander.
