==Attribute Checks==

Record the Attribute Check value for each attribute on the character sheet.  The attribute check value is 21 - Attribute for each.

To check an attribute in play, roll 1d20.  Any roll equal to, or great, then the attribute check value is a success.  A natural 1 always fails.  A natural 20 always succeeds.

A relevant Fact will grant a +4 bonus to the check, or sometimes make a check completely unnecessary.

Feats pushing human limits suffer a -4 penalty and superhuman feats suffer a -8 penalty.
