- History and Personality Born the daughter of a poor herdsman, Danyal found it more rewarding to steal from outlying farmsteads than to tend her father's sheep and goats. She was eventually caught, and sold into slavery for her crimes to Elias, an Enchanter of some renown.
It was she who actually found Jonovan passed out and led Amalek to him, though that was not her original intention. It was only after she returned to Amalek with the pendant bearing the drunken noble's family crest that the wizard bid her to show where she had found it.
