Raised within a fractious, gladitorial culture that often solved its squabbles through trial by combat, he was no stranger to violence and bloodshed, which quickly became second nature to him. Even his birth in 3665 BBY marked a period of time that was just past the halfway point of the Great Galactic War, so that by the signing of the Treaty of Coruscant, he was nearly into his teen years. And by then, his training in the Dark Side of the Force had already begun in earnest.</p></td>

<td><p align="justify">Having been discovered at a young age for his Force potential, Cryos first served an apprenticeship under an aloof Pureblood master who had sequestered himself on the boy's homeworld. However, it wasn't until much later, after he had been transferred off-planet, that Cryos came to fully appreciate his master's maverick status. And once they had parted ways, he began a more structured training regimen on Korriban in the utilization of the Dark Side. Because even with an unsteady peace in place across the galaxy, the Sith Empire's armies still required new Force-strong troops to replace the ones that had fallen in battle.</p></td>
