*Born on Riven Shroud, Doubledown like much of the Ysoki diaspora didn't have much as a child, however he was smart, and could get in and out of places. These traits allowed him to have his choice of the great ship graveyard. As a young adult he got one of the wrecked starships up and running and headed towards Akiton, with his family aboard. The ship held up just long enough but had a "rough" landing at one of Akiton's spaceports.
