Characters with normal Strength may carry 3 items and be Unencumbered, 6 items and be Lightly Encumbered, 12 items and be Encumbered, and 24 items and be Over Encumbered. Characters with an advantage in Strength increase those limits to 4, 9, 18, and 36 respectively. Characters with a disadvantage in Strength decrease those to 1, 3, 6, and 12 respectively.
